Emily started volunteering in February 2017 while studying her Cert IV in Veterinary nursing at Bankstown TAFE, joining the team not long after.
Having a love for animals her whole life led her to study Cert II Animal Studies through high school. Not long after she studied Animal science at UNI working with livestock and deer all over New South Wales.

However Emily realised that the small animal industry was her favourite, the bond between a human and their pet is something irreplaceable.
At home Emily has a pup named Maddie who has some serious attitude, Maddie’s best friend is Emily’s youngest cat, Frankie. Then there are Twix and Tabitha! Both who Emily rescued from CAVH as tiny little kittens.

When Emily isn’t working, she will either be playing video games with friends or riding her motorcycle!
