Our Cats

Darth Vader with EbanieDarth Vader

The only thing Darth Vader has in common with her name sake is her colour. She came to us as a kitten for adoption and has never left. This loveable larrikin enjoys nothing more than getting into mischief. Whether it is knocking items off shelves, photocopying herself, chasing moths, offering moral support to patients, stalking out any type of food source or watching the world go by the waiting room window. If there is any trouble to be gotten into, she normally has already been there, and well and truly done that.

Her super friendly personality allows her to get along with everyone, except maybe big dogs.

Although around here she causes almost as many rolling of the eyes as smiles, we wouldn’t have her any other way.

Mummy Cat

Mummuy catMummy cat on the other hand, is the boss of this joint.

She came to us with a litter of kittens in tow from a Sydney Cat Welfare organisation. Initially we tried to find her a home, but her wild ways didn’t make the task simple. But, she too, grew on us and soon had us all wrapped around her little finger.

Mummy does what Mummy does best; patrolling the hallways, policing the couches, moulting, helping fill out forms and holding down the front desk. Her love-bites are quickly followed by loving licks and if she demands a pat behind her ear, you’d better comply because she is one persistent Mama!
